Returns

We want you to love your purchases as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt of your product. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping and handling costs are subtracted from the refund, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the refund or credit. Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit only.

Please allow 1 week from receipt of your return for the refund to be applied to your original form of payment.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team at 888.889.9868 or email us at service@plumandpost.com and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. Please allow 1 week from receipt of your exchange for any refund amount due to be applied to your original form of payment.

Cancelling an Order

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or changed but may be returned for a replacement or refund per our return and exchanges policies. To speak with our Customer Care team to inquire about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call us at 888.889.9868 or email us at PLUM&POST EMAIL. We are available to assist you via phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We strive to answer all email inquiries within 2 business days.
